At Living Full Ostomy Wear, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 5–10 business days within the United States.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Living Full Ostomy Wear is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
